❓ Understanding Your Tracking

Tracking can sometimes look confusing, especially with international deliveries. Here's what some of the most common situations mean.

⚙️ Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?

Orders normally require 1–5 business days for processing before dispatch. This processing period is separate from the estimated delivery times shown above.

📦 I've just received my tracking — why isn't it moving?

Tracking information can take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin showing movement while the parcel enters the carrier's network.

🌍 My tracking hasn't updated for several days

This doesn't necessarily mean your parcel has stopped moving. International parcels can travel for several days between scans, particularly while moving between countries, passing through customs or transferring between delivery networks.

🛃 My tracking says customs or import processing

International parcels may need to pass through customs before entering the local delivery network. Tracking can remain on the same status while clearance is taking place.

Customs processing times vary between countries and are outside the direct control of Table Tennis Hub and the shipping carrier.

🚚 Why has my tracking number or courier changed?

International parcels are often transferred to a local delivery courier for the final part of their journey. This can create a second local tracking number or a different set of tracking updates.

📍 It says my parcel is in my country — why isn't it here?

Arrival in your country doesn't mean the parcel is immediately ready for delivery. It may still need to clear customs, pass through a regional sorting centre and be transferred to your local delivery courier.

🚛 What does "Out for Delivery" mean?

Your parcel has normally reached the final delivery stage and is with the local courier for delivery. Most parcels arrive shortly afterwards, although occasionally delivery can move to the next business day.

🚚 Check for a Local Tracking Number

Table Tennis Hub parcels can travel through an international delivery network before being handed to a local courier in your country for final delivery.

If your tracking shows a local tracking number, last-mile tracking number or the name of a local courier, checking that courier's tracking system may show more detailed delivery updates once your parcel has reached your country.

🏓 Ordered Balls, Glue, Cleaner or Other Restricted Items?

Table tennis balls, liquids such as glues and cleaners, and certain other items can be subject to additional airline, carrier or customs requirements in some countries. These products can therefore occasionally take longer to arrive.

If your order contains these products together with other equipment, your order may be sent in more than one parcel. Separate parcels can arrive on different days.

🏠 Tracking Says Delivered, But You Can't Find It?

Before contacting us, please check the most common delivery locations:

Around your front door, entrance or designated safe place
With other members of your household
With neighbours
Your building reception, concierge or mail room
Any delivery photo or proof of delivery shown by the courier
Any delivery card, email or message from the local courier
The local courier's tracking page for additional delivery details

📩 When Should I Contact Table Tennis Hub?

There's usually no need to contact us while your parcel is still within its estimated delivery window and the tracking shows normal progress.

Please contact us if:

Your order has gone beyond the estimated delivery window shown above.
Your tracking appears to have stopped updating for an unusually long period and there are no new updates from the carrier.
Tracking shows delivered, but you've checked the locations listed above and still cannot find the parcel.
The carrier's tracking shows a delivery problem, return to sender, incorrect address issue or another status that requires assistance.
