  • Q. Can you make up a bat for me?
    Sometimes we can assemble a bat for you if all the items (blade and rubbers) are stocked in the same warehouse. Please leave a note at checkout specifying which rubber you want on the forehand and backhand. Note: This service is not always possible and depends on stock location.

  • Q. Why are items sometimes shipped separately?
    If your order contains items from different warehouses (for example, table tennis balls, liquids, or sharp items like scissors/knives), they may be shipped separately to avoid delays due to customs or airline security checks. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
