Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
- Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation & Updates
- You'll receive an automatic confirmation email after your order is placed.
- Once your order ships, a second email will provide your tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking info may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Order Not Received?
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building manager.
- Look for a delivery notice or at alternate delivery locations.
- Contact the carrier directly for detailed delivery info.
- Table Tennis Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! All prices are shown in £ GBP; currency conversion is handled by your payment provider at checkout.
- International delivery may take longer due to customs processing in your country.

- If you refuse a shipment, we’ll refund your order minus any return shipping fees charged to us by authorities.
