• Blade or rubber has been cut or glued with signs of use
• Glues have been opened
• Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns Process

2. Once approved, we will instruct you on which address to use and how to proceed.
3. Include your proof of purchase and ensure your item is securely packaged.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
• If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us first for approval and instructions.
