Gentle Reminder: We will ship the shoes without the original shoe box, in order to save shipping costs for our customers, avoid import customs problems. However, we will pack it in a reliable air column bag to make sure it will not hurt during transit. If you really need the shoe box, please contact us to pay the additional shipping cost.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. A order number or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain situations may warrant only partial refunds or disqualify the item from being eligible for return. These include:
- Blades or rubber that have been cut or glued, displaying obvious signs of use.
- Opened glues.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
Beyond 30 Days:
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
