The XVT ARCHER-B Carbon with Kokutaku 868 Rubbers is a hand-assembled custom-style bat offering excellent performance for the price. It combines a 5 wood + 2 carbon, 7-ply construction with popular Kokutaku 868 rubbers, giving improving and intermediate players a faster, spin-focused setup without the cost of a premium custom bat.

Performance & Playing Characteristics
This is an offensive, spin-focused setup. Based on the carbon construction, the characteristics of Kokutaku 868 and its position within the TT Hub range, our normalized ratings are Speed 8.5/10, Spin 9/10 and Control 7.5/10. The carbon blade supplies the direct pace, while the 868 rubbers are particularly effective when the player actively brushes and accelerates through the ball.
Kokutaku 868 is known as a spin-capable, controllable Chinese rubber rather than an extremely bouncy tensor. Combined with the faster carbon blade, this gives the complete bat considerably more attacking potential while retaining reasonable touch for an intermediate-level setup.
Complete bat weight will naturally vary between individual blades and fitted rubber sheets. For this configuration, allow approximately 185g as a practical guide.
Who Is the XVT ARCHER-B Carbon For?
Best suited to improving and intermediate attacking players who can already control basic strokes and want more speed and spin than a beginner bat provides.
It is particularly attractive for players who want to experience a carbon blade and separate performance rubbers at a very accessible price. Players still learning basic ball control may find a slower all-wood bat easier to manage.

🏓 Blades, rubbers & custom bats: Please check your equipment before cutting, gluing, assembling or using it. Rubbers that have been cut or glued, and equipment that has been altered or used, may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. Opened glues, cleaners and other liquids may also be excluded.
