HAIFU Dolphin is a traditional speed glue designed to give rubber a livelier response and softer, more elastic feel. It is particularly suited to European-style softer sponges. It may also be used with other sponge types, but harder Chinese-style rubbers may be better suited to Haifu Whale II.

⚠ IMPORTANT — VOC / COMPETITION WARNING

This product contains volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Do not use it for ITTF-sanctioned competition racket preparation. Rackets may fail VOC testing. Use only in a well-ventilated area away from flames, heat and ignition sources; avoid inhaling vapours and contact with skin or eyes. Follow the manufacturer's safety label. For competition use, select a VOC-free water-based glue such as DHS No.15.

Speed: designed to create a livelier sponge response for attacking strokes.
Feel: can soften sponge response and increase tactile feedback.
Spin and control: altered elasticity can change ball contact and spin potential, depending on the rubber and player.
Compatibility: particularly relevant to European-style soft sponge; results vary by rubber construction.

How to apply

Check the label and prepare a well-ventilated work area away from heat or flame.
Remove previous adhesive carefully and ensure blade and sponge are dry and clean.
Apply a thin, even coat according to the bottle's instructions; avoid excessive saturation.
Allow the coat to dry fully before joining the surfaces.
Align the rubber at the handle and roll gently towards the tip without stretching it.
Trim carefully and fit edge tape if desired.

Choosing between Dolphin and Whale II: Dolphin is the option highlighted for softer European-style sponge, while Whale II is the alternative for harder Chinese-style sponge. For standard competition-friendly mounting, use DHS No.15 VOC-free glue.

🏓 Blades, rubbers & custom bats: Please check your equipment before cutting, gluing, assembling or using it. Rubbers that have been cut or glued, and equipment that has been altered or used, may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. Opened glues, cleaners and other liquids may also be excluded.
