What You Need to Know
- Returns should be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, labels and accessories should be included where applicable.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
- For standard returns or exchanges where the correct item was supplied, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, please contact us first so we can confirm the appropriate return and postage arrangements.
- We recommend using a tracked return service and keeping your proof of postage.
🏓 Blades, rubbers & custom bats: Please check your equipment before cutting, gluing, assembling or using it. Rubbers that have been cut or glued, and equipment that has been altered or used, may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. Opened glues, cleaners and other liquids may also be excluded.

2. We'll confirm the correct return instructions and help with your return or exchange.
3. Include a note inside your parcel with your name and order number and use tracked postage wherever possible.
